About the Prints
In order to accommodate standard frame sizes, each photo is offered in a specific set of sizes (designated as Group A, B, or C in each photo's description). Sometimes I can change a specific photo to a different size ratio and sometimes I can't. For example, an image might look better as a 16" x 24", but if I try to crop it to a 16" x 20", an important part of the image might be lost. Other times, it can be easily changed.
Therefore, in the description of each photo, I indicate whether it belongs to Price Group A, B, or C; this in turn determines the size options for that photo. If you want a specific photo and it's not in the right size, please contact me and I can let you know whether that photo can be sized to accommodate your needs.
Each photo is printed on either professional Epson premium luster photo paper ("prints") or on Epson exhibition satin canvas ("gallery wrap"). Prints on paper do not include a mat. Canvas prints will be gallery wrapped over a lightweight but sturdy frame that is 2" deep; unlike the cheap .75" deep frames that the discount mass-produced canvas sites offer. Additionally, I use a technique that actually extends the photo so the print carries on to the sides of the wrap.
I print my own photos, instead of sending them out to a lab; I want to ensure that each and every photo is printed to my standards. I use a 44" Epson 9800 printer, and use only Epson UltraChrome K3 archival inks in the highest resolution possible. This ensures museum-quality prints that will last a lifetime.
